1. Acceptance of Terms
ICTV provides a membership-based digital content access platform, including mobile applications and compatible devices (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any ICTV Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Changes to These Terms
ICTV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the ICTV website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, purchase a membership, or use the Services.
4. Description of Services
ICTV provides access to curated digital content through:

ICTV mobile applications, and
-
ICTV StreamBox devices (where applicable).
Access to Services requires an active ICTV membership. Certain features, devices, or support options may be subject to additional requirements or fees.
5. Membership, Billing, and Payments

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

Automated billing may be required for certain pricing tiers or priority activation.

All fees, setup charges, credits, and payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

ICTV reserves the right to modify pricing or billing procedures at any time.
6. Activation Requirements
Activation of ICTV Services may require:

Submission of a valid device identifier (including MAC ID),

Payment of applicable setup or activation fees, and
-
An active membership in good standing.
Activation begins only after all required information and payments are received.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:

Redistribute, rebroadcast, retransmit, or otherwise exploit ICTV content,

Use the Services for commercial or public display purposes,
-
Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits,
-
Share or resell your account or access credentials.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. ICTV personnel will never request your password. You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.
9. Device Compatibility & Internet Access
Use of the Services requires compatible devices and internet access meeting ICTV’s technical requirements. ICTV does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or configurations. You are solely responsible for internet access charges and data usage incurred while using the Services.
10. Quality, Availability, and Performance
Service availability and performance may vary based on factors outside ICTV’s control, including network conditions, geographic location, device capability, and third-party infrastructure. ICTV does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
11. VPN and Proxy Use
Use of VPNs or proxy servers is permitted; however, ICTV does not guarantee compatibility or performance when such tools are used.
12. Third-Party Transactions
Any transactions or interactions with third-party vendors accessed through the Services are solely between you and the third party. ICTV is not responsible for third-party goods, services, or content.
13. Suspension, Termination, and Downtime
ICTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. ICTV may also suspend access during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, outages, or service interruptions without liability.
14. Warranty Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICTV disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY
Any warranty coverage expressly offered by ICTV is provided only through an active ICTV membership and applies solely while the account remains in good standing. No oral or written statements outside these Terms constitute an express warranty.
ICTV does not warrant that:

The Services will meet all user expectations,

Access will be uninterrupted or error-free,
-
Content availability will be continuous or permanent.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or access.
16. Intellectual Property
All ICTV logos, trademarks, graphics, scripts, and content are the exclusive property of ICTV. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit ICTV intellectual property without prior written consent.
17. Governing Language
All notices, communications, and agreements related to these Terms shall be conducted in the English language.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ICTV regarding use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
